Connect Spreadcast in Three Steps
It takes about a minute. You sign in with your Spreadcast account, so there is nothing to install and no key to paste.

Add the Connector
In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, and add a custom connector. In ChatGPT, add a custom MCP server. Paste the Spreadcast address.

Sign In With Spreadcast
Your assistant opens the Spreadcast sign in. Choose Make Drafts, or Make and Publish, and click Connect. There are no keys to copy.

Ask in Plain Words
Ask for a post about your latest update, a carousel or a week of posts. The drafts land on your Spreadcast calendar, ready for you to approve.

What is the Spreadcast MCP server?
It is the address that connects Spreadcast to an AI assistant through the Model Context Protocol. Once connected, Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor can design posts and carousels in your app's brand, write a caption for each network, schedule posts and read how they did, all inside your Spreadcast account.
Which assistants does it work with?
Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor and other apps that support remote MCP servers. Claude and ChatGPT connect by signing in with Spreadcast. Claude Code can sign in too, and Cursor uses a key you make in Settings, AI Assistants.
Will my assistant post without asking me?
No. A new connection saves drafts only, and every draft waits for your approval. Publishing works only if you chose Make and Publish when you connected, and the assistant still asks you before it publishes.
Can ChatGPT post to Instagram with Spreadcast?
ChatGPT can design the post and save it as a draft in Spreadcast when your workspace allows custom MCP servers with write actions, which OpenAI offers on Business, Enterprise and Edu. Spreadcast then publishes the approved draft to Instagram on the Pro plan.
Which social networks can it post to?
Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram and Discord, plus YouTube for video posts. Each one gets its own caption, written for that feed.
How much does it cost?
The MCP server works on every Spreadcast plan. Free designs and saves drafts. Pro is $29 a month and adds scheduling and publishing. Studio is $79 a month for more apps and seats.
How do I get help with the MCP server?
