Apps That Automatically Post to Social Media: Spreadcast Makes the Posts and Publishes Them for You

Most apps that automatically post to social media only send posts you already made. Spreadcast makes each post from your App Store listing and publishes it to 10 networks. Here is how auto posting works, what it costs next to an agency, and the rules on Instagram and TikTok.

Auto Posting vs Scheduling vs Done for You Social Media: What Each One Means

Search for apps that automatically post to social media and you get three kinds of product under one label. A scheduler publishes a post you already wrote and designed at the time you picked. An auto poster also decides when there is something to post and makes the post, so nobody has to sit down and write it. A done for you service is people: a small team writes and designs your posts each month, you approve a calendar, and they publish it. All three get called auto posting, and they solve different problems.

The difference matters because the slow part of social media is rarely pressing publish. It is having a finished post: the picture at the right size, a caption that fits each network, and a reason to post at all. A scheduler takes care of the last ten seconds of that job. If your queue is empty, an empty queue is the real reason your feed is quiet, and a better scheduler will not fix it.

Consistency is the prize. Buffer's study of posting consistency followed more than 100,000 of its users over 26 weeks and found that people who posted in 20 or more of those weeks got about 450% more engagement per post than people who posted in 4 weeks or fewer. Buffer sells scheduling software and says itself that the study shows a pattern, not proof of cause. Still, it matches what most solo founders learn the hard way: posting stops the week a launch or a bug eats your time, and the account goes quiet for a month.

This page is written for that person. You run an app or a small business, you have no time to post, and you are weighing four options: a done for you social media service, a freelancer, an agency, or software. We make Spreadcast, so we say where it wins and where it does not. Every outside price and rule below links to the page we read it on today, November 2, 2026. If you only want the method, our guide on how to automate social media posts covers it step by step, and the roundup of social media automation tools compares a wider field.

How Spreadcast Auto Posts to Social Media for an App

Spreadcast is marketing automation for App Store app makers, founders and small teams. You paste your App Store link once at the start page. Spreadcast reads the public listing, which holds the icon, the screenshots, the colors, the release notes and the rating, and it takes the logo and fonts from your app's website if there is one. There is no SDK to install and no access to App Store Connect to grant.

From then on Spreadcast checks the listing every day. When a new version appears, it becomes an update post: two or three points pulled from your release notes, set beside a real screenshot of the app. When your rating passes a milestone, it becomes a thank you post. Both are written in the listing's own language, so a Spanish listing gets Spanish posts. Two rules keep the feed honest. Release notes that only say bug fixes are skipped, because nobody wants to read that post, and a version older than two weeks is never announced, so connecting an old app does not flood your feed with last year's news.

Each post is designed from your app's own material, never from stock photos: real screens inside an iPhone frame or without one, your icon, your colors and your fonts. Then Spreadcast writes a caption for each network separately, because a LinkedIn post and a Threads post should not read the same, and you can see examples of the format in our app update announcement examples.

You choose how much happens without you. Approve first is the default: every new post waits on your Dashboard until you give it one tap. Full autopilot is the social media autopilot most people mean when they search for it: each new post is scheduled at 9 in the morning your time on every account you connected, and you do not have to open Spreadcast at all. Full autopilot is on paid plans only.

Autopilot covers the moments your listing announces. For every other day there is Create, where you can make a post whenever you like: a text post, a single picture, a carousel, or your own pictures and video uploaded from your computer. You can change any word, color or picture on the canvas before it goes out. If you want to see what an app's month of posts looks like, the AI social media manager page walks through one.

How to Set Up Social Media on Autopilot With Spreadcast

The setup takes about as long as reading this list. Nothing here needs code.

  1. 1

    Paste Your App Store Link

Open the start page and paste the link to your app on the App Store. Spreadcast reads the listing and builds your brand from it: icon, screenshots, colors, and the logo and fonts from your website if it finds one. You can check the result and change anything that looks wrong.

  2. 2

    Connect the Networks You Want

Spreadcast publishes to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram and Discord, plus YouTube for video posts. You can connect several accounts on the same network, for example a personal LinkedIn profile and a company page. Pro includes 10 social accounts.

  3. 3

Pick Approve First or Full Autopilot

Approve first holds every post on the Dashboard for one tap. Full autopilot schedules each new post at 9 in the morning your time on every connected network. Most people start with approve first for a few weeks, read what Spreadcast writes, then switch.

  4. 4

    Let the Calendar Fill

Each post takes the next free slot on the calendar, and you can drag it to another day. Posts go out within minutes of their slot. Between releases, use Create to add a feature post, a carousel or your own video, so the calendar never sits empty for long.

  5. 5

Read the Numbers After a Week

Analytics leads with interactions and followers gained, then reach and taps on the App Store link in your posts on networks where a link can be tapped. It ranks your networks and post kinds, shows your best day and part of day, and measures every post over its first 7 days.

What Spreadcast Checks Before It Auto Posts

Automatic posting is only useful if you can trust it while you are not looking. These are the checks that run before anything is published.

  • Each Network's Limits

Every post is checked against the limits of each network it is going to, such as caption length, before it is scheduled. A caption that fits Instagram but not Threads is caught at that point, not after the slot has passed. Our social media character limits reference lists the numbers.

  • A Refused Post Says Why

If a network refuses a post, Spreadcast shows which network refused it and the reason, with a Try Again button. A failure is never silent, which is the main thing that goes wrong with a home built automation that nobody watches.

  • Nothing Old, Nothing Empty

Bug fix only release notes are skipped, and versions older than two weeks are never announced, so autopilot never posts stale news from your listing.

  • Real Screens and Real Reviews

Designs use your actual App Store screenshots. Review quote posts quote real App Store reviews and are never invented, so nothing in your feed claims something a user did not say.

  • One Caption per Network

Every network gets its own caption, written for it. The same words pasted across ten networks look automated, and readers notice.

  • Your Choice of Who Sees a TikTok

On TikTok you pick who can see each post in the editor, from TikTok's own privacy options. TikTok requires that choice to be made by you, as the rules section below explains.

How to Auto Post to Multiple Social Media Accounts at Once

Auto posting to all social media at once is the feature people ask for first, and it is also where most automated feeds start to look like spam. The same image and the same caption on ten networks gets a few likes on each and makes every account look like a bot. Instagram rewards a carousel, LinkedIn rewards a few lines of context, Threads rewards something short and conversational, and Telegram is a message to people who chose to hear from you.

Spreadcast posts one design to every connected network with a caption written for each one. A carousel Spreadcast designs has 3 to 8 slides at 1080 x 1350, with a cover, app screens and a last slide pointing to the App Store. It goes out as a real carousel on Instagram, as a photo slideshow on TikTok, and as a multi image post on LinkedIn and Facebook. You can see how each network gets its own version on the cross posting page, and the formats in detail on the Instagram carousel maker and the TikTok slideshow maker.

If you are deciding which networks are worth it in the first place, start with the two or three where your users already spend time before connecting all ten. Fewer networks with posts that fit them usually beat every network with the same post.

WebFX gives the same $100 to $5,000 a month range for agencies and freelancers in its FAQ. Feedbird does not list which networks its posts plan covers.

Is Done for You Social Media Content Worth It for a Small Business?

Done for you social media services are the closest thing to hiring someone without hiring someone. At $99 Social, the Standard plan is $99 a month for 10 posts on one channel, Plus is $149 for 15, Premium $189 for 20 and Pro $279 for 30. Every extra channel adds $10 a month, so 10 posts a month on five networks comes to $139. The page says every post is written, designed and reviewed by a person, that AI only helps with research, and that replying to comments and messages stays with you. It covers Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube and Google Business Profile.

Feedbird starts at the same $99 a month for 10 posts and says the work is done by real marketers and designers. You approve a calendar, revisions are included, and delivery takes about a week. Both services are month to month with a 14 day money back guarantee on their posts plans.

What you pay for with a service is a person's judgment and their writing. What you do not get is speed on your own news. A service plans a month ahead, so when you ship a version on a Tuesday, the post about it waits for the next calendar unless you email them. A service also does not know your app's screens as well as your App Store listing does. For a café or a dentist that hardly matters. For an app, where the product changes every few weeks, it matters a lot.

Agencies sit higher. WebFX's pricing guide puts monthly social media management at $500 to $5,000, with its own package from $3,150 a month, and freelancers at $35 to $150 an hour or $40 to $150 a post. At those rates, ten posts a month from a freelancer is $400 to $1,500 before anyone has answered a comment. A full time hire is a different scale again: Indeed lists the average base pay for a social media manager in the United States at $65,712 a year. Our guide to hiring a social media manager goes through when that hire pays off.

Here is the honest comparison. Spreadcast Pro is $29 a month for one app and up to 10 social accounts, with every post designed, captioned for each network and published, either after one tap or on full autopilot. The Post Pack is $19 once for 10 posts designed and published, which is $1.90 a post and never expires. That is less than a third of the cheapest done for you plan, and it posts on the day your update ships. What it does not do is reply to comments or run ads. If those are the jobs you need covered, a person is still the right buy, and Spreadcast can sit beside them to keep the update posts going.

Best Auto Post Apps for Social Media in 2026, by What They Automate

Spreadcast is ours and comes first, because it is the only tool here that makes the post from your product's own news as well as publishing it. The rest are ordered by how much of the work they take off a solo founder. Prices are from each vendor's own pricing page, read on November 2, 2026.

  1. 1

    Spreadcast

Free to try, then $29 a month for Pro

Best for App Store apps: it makes each post from your listing and publishes it for you

Spreadcast is the automatic social media posting app for people with an iPhone app on the App Store. Paste the link once and it checks your listing every day. A new version becomes an update post with two or three points from the release notes and a real screenshot. A rating milestone becomes a thank you post. Both are designed from your icon, screenshots, colors and fonts, captioned separately for each network, and published to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram and Discord, plus YouTube for video posts.

You pick approve first, where every post waits for one tap, or full autopilot, where each new post is scheduled at 9 in the morning your time. Every post is checked against each network's limits before it is scheduled, and a refused post shows which network refused it and why, with Try Again. Create covers the other days: text posts, single pictures, carousels, or your own pictures and video.

Free is $0 for 1 app and 3 posts made for you to download with a small Spreadcast mark, with no publishing and no card. Pro is $29 a month for 1 app and 10 social accounts. Studio is $79 a month for up to 5 apps, 50 social accounts and 3 seats, each app with its own brand. A 30 Day Pass at $39 and a Post Pack at $19 for 10 posts are one time payments that do not renew. See pricing for the full list.

If you prefer to run things from an AI assistant, Claude or ChatGPT can create, design and schedule posts through Spreadcast's MCP server.

    Pros

    • Makes the post from your App Store listing, not from a blank editor
    • Approve first or full autopilot at 9 in the morning
    • A caption written for each of 10 networks
    • Checks each network's limits and shows why a post was refused
    • One price with design, captions and publishing included

    Cons

    • Autopilot works from an App Store listing; without one you create posts yourself
    • Does not reply to comments or run ads
  2. 2

    Buffer

Free for 3 channels, then $6 a channel a month

Best free scheduler for posts you already make

Buffer is the plainest kind of automatic posting: you fill a queue and it publishes on time. Buffer's pricing lists a Free plan with up to 3 channels and 10 scheduled posts per channel at once. Essentials is $6 a channel a month on monthly billing or $5 on yearly, and Team, which adds approvals and extra users, is $12 or $10.

An AI assistant on every plan helps write and rework captions. Zapier, Make, n8n and IFTTT connect on every plan, and the free plan includes an API key with 1,000 requests per channel a month, which is why so many home built automations end in a Buffer queue. Buffer does not make the picture for you. Our Buffer comparison sets it beside Spreadcast.

    Pros

    • A free plan with no end date
    • Integrations and an API on every plan, free included
    • Simple queue that anyone can use

    Cons

    • You make every post
    • The price grows with each channel: $60 a month for 10 on Essentials
  3. 3

    Publer

Free, then from $5 a month for 1 account

Best low price auto poster for a blog feed

Publer is a scheduler that can also post by itself from an RSS feed. Publer's plans and pricing article lists a Free plan with up to 3 social accounts and 10 scheduled posts at a time per account. Professional starts at $5 a month for one account and adds bulk scheduling and unlimited RSS feed automations that auto schedule or auto post each new article.

Business starts at $10 a month for one account and adds automatic post recycling, recurring posts, unlimited AI Assist prompts, best times to post and API access for customers in good standing. The same article notes that networks still enforce their own posting limits and anti spam rules whatever Publer allows. If Publer is close but not quite right, see the best Publer alternatives.

    Pros

    • Real auto posting from RSS on the Professional plan
    • Pay for the exact number of accounts
    • Evergreen recycling on Business

    Cons

    • RSS posts are link posts made from your article
    • AI Assist, recycling and the API need Business
  4. 4

    SocialBee

From $29 a month, or $24 billed yearly

Best for recycling a library of evergreen posts by category

SocialBee sorts your posts into categories and rotates through them on a schedule, recycling evergreen posts so the queue does not run dry. SocialBee's pricing page lists Bootstrap at $29 a month for 5 social profiles, 10 content categories and 10 RSS sources, Accelerate at $49 for 10 profiles, and Pro at $99 for 25 profiles and 3 users per workspace.

Recycling and an AI Copilot are on every plan. SocialBee also runs ConciergeBee, its in house agency for content, video and community management, which makes it one of the few tools that can sell you software and a done for you service from the same account. The page lists no prices for ConciergeBee, so you have to ask.

    Pros

    • Evergreen recycling on every plan
    • Content categories keep a mix of post types
    • Done for you help available from the same company

    Cons

    • You still write the library it recycles
    • Concierge prices are not published
  5. 5

    Ocoya

    From $29 a month, 7 day trial

Best for AI drafted captions plus visual workflows

Ocoya combines a scheduler with AI writing credits and a workflow builder. Ocoya's pricing page lists Starter at $29 a month with 5 social profiles and 300 AI credits, Team at $79 for 20 profiles and 1,500 credits, and Agency at $199 for 100 profiles. Yearly billing gives 2 months free.

Workflows are described as a way to automate posting and replies visually, and the page lists an API and an MCP integration. The free trial needs a card and renews unless you cancel. AI drafts in a credit based tool still need a person to check facts before they go out.

    Pros

    • AI writing and scheduling in one tool
    • Visual workflows for posting and replies
    • API and MCP listed

    Cons

    • Card required for the trial
    • Drafts are generic until you feed it your brand
  6. 6

    Blotato

    From $29 a month, 7 day trial

Best for creators who want AI video and an n8n node

Blotato is built for creators who repurpose content and run their own automations. Blotato's pricing page lists Starter at $29 a month with 1,250 AI credits for images and videos, 20 social accounts and unlimited AI writing, Creator at $97 a month and Agency at $499 a month.

Every paid plan includes an API, an MCP server and official n8n and Make nodes, so Blotato is a common last step in an n8n social media automation. Writing, scheduling and publishing do not use credits; AI images and video do. It suits people who make lots of short video and want to wire their own pipeline.

    Pros

    • AI video and voiceovers
    • n8n and Make nodes on every paid plan
    • 20 social accounts on Starter

    Cons

    • You design the pipeline yourself
    • Credits run out on heavy video use
  7. 7

    Hootsuite

From $99 a month per user

Best for teams that need an inbox, approvals and reports in one place

Hootsuite is the big team option. Hootsuite's plans page lists Standard from $99 per user a month with 10 social accounts and AI post and image generation, Professional from $199 with unlimited accounts, automated inbox replies and workflows, and Advanced up to $399. Every plan has a 14 day free trial.

For a solo founder Hootsuite is usually more tool than the job needs, and it does not make posts from your product's news. For a social team with several people answering messages, the inbox and approval features are why it costs what it does.

    Pros

    • Inbox, approvals and reports in one tool
    • Unlimited accounts from Professional

    Cons

    • Priced per user, from $99 a month
    • Built for teams, not one person
  8. 8

    Zapier

Free for 100 tasks a month, then $29.99 a month

Best for wiring your own trigger to a scheduler

Zapier is not a social media tool, but it is how many people build their own auto poster: a new row in a sheet or a new item in a feed becomes a post in Buffer or on a network. Zapier's pricing page gives 100 tasks a month on the free plan with two step Zaps only, and Professional from $29.99 a month on monthly billing, or $19.99 a month billed yearly, for 750 tasks.

Zapier moves text and files between apps. It does not design a post or decide what is worth saying, so the quality of the feed depends on what you put into the trigger. Our guide to how to automate social media posts shows a working setup.

    Pros

    • Connects almost any trigger to almost any app
    • Free plan for simple two step flows

    Cons

    • You build and repair every workflow
    • Nothing is designed for you

Can You Auto Post on Instagram? Yes, With a Professional Account

Yes, you can auto post on Instagram, as long as the account is a professional account, which means a business or creator account. Meta's Instagram Platform overview says app users must have an Instagram professional account to use the APIs, so a personal account cannot be published to by a third party tool. Switching an account to professional is free in the app's settings.

The publishing rules are short. Meta's content publishing guide limits each account to 100 API published posts in a moving 24 hour period, accepts JPEG as the only image format, and does not support shopping tags or filters on posts published this way. Reels and Stories can be published through the API. No real account needs anywhere near 100 posts a day, so the limit only bites tools that misbehave.

If you want to auto post to Instagram for free, Instagram's own scheduler does it. Instagram's help article on scheduled posts says public accounts can schedule posts and Reels in the mobile app up to 30 days ahead and up to 25 posts a day, and that product tags, collaborative posts, cross posting to Facebook, sponsored posts and fundraisers do not work with scheduled content. Buffer's and Publer's free plans also publish to Instagram among their 3 accounts. All of these publish a post you made. None of them make it.

So how do you automate Instagram posts so they are made as well as sent? With Spreadcast, connect your Instagram professional account and your app's update posts and milestone posts go out as single pictures or as real carousels, up to 10 images per post. The Instagram carousel maker shows the slides, and how to promote an app on Instagram covers what to post beyond the automated ones.

Can You Auto Post to TikTok? Yes, Through TikTok's Content Posting API

TikTok allows apps to post for you through its Content Posting API, which now handles photo posts as well as video. There is a catch that explains a lot of broken TikTok automations: everything posted by an app that has not passed TikTok's audit is restricted to private viewing. The app has to pass an audit of its compliance with TikTok's terms before posts can be public.

TikTok's content sharing guidelines set more rules for any app that posts directly. You must pick the privacy setting yourself from a dropdown with no default value. Comments, Duet and Stitch must be switched on by you, never checked in advance, and photo posts only offer comments. The app has to show a preview and let you edit the text. It may not put its own brand name, logo or watermark on your content. And there is a cap of about 15 posts a day per creator account, shared across every app that posts for you.

To auto post to TikTok for free, use TikTok's own scheduler. TikTok's Video Scheduler announcement says you can schedule from the web upload page anywhere from 15 minutes to 10 days ahead, and that you need a Business Account to schedule from a desktop. It is a timer for a video you already made.

Spreadcast posts to TikTok from the web, from any computer, including photo slideshows built from your app's screens. You choose who can see each post in the editor, from TikTok's own privacy options, which is exactly what the guidelines require. The TikTok slideshow maker shows the format, and how to promote an app on TikTok covers what works there for apps.

Auto Posting Rules by Network

What each network allows when a tool posts for you. These are the rules an auto poster has to follow, so they are also the reasons a post can be refused.

Risks of Automatic Posting to Social Media and How to Avoid Them

Automation goes wrong in a handful of predictable ways. Each one has a plain fix.

  • Spammy Posts

Posting the same thing everywhere, or posting far more than you have to say, is what makes an automated account look automated. Post when there is news, write each network its own caption, and leave days empty rather than filling them with filler. Spreadcast's autopilot announces a new version or a rating milestone when one happens, instead of inventing news to fill a slot.

  • Banned or Restricted Accounts

The tools that get accounts restricted are browser bots, not publishing through a network's own connection. LinkedIn's help center says it does not allow third party software or extensions that automate activity on its website, and accounts that use them can be restricted or shut down. Connect through each network's own sign in screen and avoid anything that clicks around the site for you.

  • Reposted, Unoriginal Content

Instagram ranks original posts above copies. TechCrunch's report on Instagram's 2024 ranking change says that when Instagram finds identical content it recommends only the original, and that accounts that repeatedly post content they did not create or enhance are taken out of recommendations. Auto posting other people's content is the fastest way to lose reach.

  • AI Slop

Generic AI captions over stock images read like everyone else's feed. Meta adds an AI info label when it detects industry standard signals that an image was made with AI or when people disclose it, per Meta's post on labeling AI content. The fix is to build posts from real material: your app's actual screens, your real release notes, real reviews.

  • Silent Failures

A home built automation fails quietly: a token expires, an image is the wrong format, and nobody notices for three weeks. Use a tool that tells you which network refused a post and why. In Spreadcast that shows up on the post with Try Again.

  • Posts That Go Out at the Wrong Moment

An automated post can land during bad news or announce something that has changed. Approve first exists for this: one tap per post keeps a person in the loop. Move to full autopilot once you trust what is being written.

How to Automate Social Media Posting With AI

Automated social media posting with AI comes in three forms. The first is an AI writer inside a scheduler: Buffer, Ocoya, Hootsuite and SocialBee all draft captions for you. That saves typing, but you still decide what to post and you still make the picture.

The second is a workflow you build: a trigger in Zapier or n8n, a call to a language model to write the caption, and a scheduler at the end to publish it. It is flexible and cheap to run, and it is also yours to maintain. Our guide to n8n social media automation shows a full build, with the parts that tend to break.

The third is an AI agent that talks to a social media tool directly. Claude and ChatGPT can create, design and schedule posts through Spreadcast's MCP server, so you can write a request in plain words and get a designed post on your calendar. The walkthroughs for scheduling social media posts with Claude and with ChatGPT show the setup step by step.

Whichever form you pick, the rule is the same: the AI should work from real facts about your product, and a person should read posts until the output is trustworthy. Spreadcast's autopilot works from your App Store listing, and approve first keeps you as the reader for as long as you want.

When Another Auto Poster Fits Better

Spreadcast works best for an iPhone app on the App Store, because autopilot reads that listing. If your business has no App Store app, Create and uploading your own pictures and video still work for scheduling and cross posting, but nothing will be made for you from a listing, and a scheduler such as Buffer or Publer may be all you need.

If what you need is a person who answers comments, runs ads and plans campaigns, a done for you service or an agency is the honest answer, and the prices above tell you what to expect. If you make a lot of short video, Blotato's video credits fit that job. If you want to wire every step yourself, Zapier or n8n plus a scheduler gives you full control.

And if you have an app, little time and a feed that keeps going quiet between releases, paste your App Store link at the start page. The free plan makes 3 posts for you to download, so you can see what Spreadcast would publish before you pay anything.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Which apps automatically post to social media?

Schedulers such as Buffer, Publer, SocialBee and Hootsuite publish posts you made at the time you set, and Publer can also auto post each new RSS article. Spreadcast goes a step further for App Store apps: it makes each post from your app's listing, writes a caption for each network and publishes it to 10 networks, on full autopilot or after one tap.

Can you auto post on Instagram?

Yes, with a professional account (business or creator). Meta's API allows 100 published posts per account in 24 hours and accepts JPEG images only. Instagram's own app can also schedule posts and Reels up to 30 days ahead, up to 25 a day.

How do I auto post to Instagram for free?

Switch to a professional account and use Instagram's built in scheduler in the mobile app, or a free scheduler plan such as Buffer's or Publer's, which each cover 3 accounts. These publish posts you made. Spreadcast's free plan makes 3 posts for you to download but does not publish; publishing starts on Pro at $29 a month.

Can you auto post to TikTok?

Yes. TikTok's Content Posting API lets approved apps post videos and photo posts for you, but posts from apps that have not passed TikTok's audit stay private. You must choose the privacy setting yourself for each post, and TikTok caps posting at about 15 posts a day per creator account. TikTok's own scheduler works from 15 minutes to 10 days ahead.

Is there a free app that automatically posts to all social media?

Not to all of them with the post made for you. Free scheduler plans such as Buffer's and Publer's publish to 3 accounts. Spreadcast publishes to 10 networks, with each post made for you, on Pro at $29 a month; the free plan lets you see 3 finished posts first.

How much does done for you social media cost?

Published prices start around $99 a month for 10 posts on one channel at services such as $99 Social and Feedbird. Freelancers charge $35 to $150 an hour or $40 to $150 a post, and agencies $500 to $5,000 a month, according to WebFX's pricing guide. Spreadcast Pro is $29 a month with design, captions and publishing included.

What is the difference between scheduling and auto posting?

Scheduling publishes a post you already made at a time you set. Auto posting, in the full sense, also decides when there is something to post and makes the post. Spreadcast does that for App Store apps: a new version or a rating milestone becomes a designed post with a caption for each network.

Can AI post to social media for me?

Yes. AI writers inside schedulers draft captions, workflows in Zapier or n8n can call a language model and then publish, and AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT can create, design and schedule posts through Spreadcast's MCP server. Keep a person reading posts until you trust what the AI writes.

Will auto posting get my account banned?

Publishing through a network's own connection, with your permission, is how approved tools work. What gets accounts restricted is browser bots and extensions that click around the site, which LinkedIn bans outright, and spam such as reposting other people's content. Post when you have news and give each network its own caption.
